TIPPY SAYS "OUTLAW PUPPY MILLS"

I am one of the lucky ones.. my dogs have all been healthy. I am saddened when I find, foster and help rescue animals. The world has come to realize the significant number of dog/ animal lovers in this counrty.
Many, like me, grew up being heavily involved in other movements. Some thrity years ago, millions of us marched on Washington for issues we cared about. I spent years working with the women's movement.
There are talented people who have organizing skills from current and prior experiences. If you are interested and know a good person who loves animals and wants to work on a focused issue, please let me know. I am willing to organize an effort on one issue- puppy mills, in New York and New Jersey, in order to put laws on the books.
With all the scandals and mistakes of both parties, it is the right time to get someone's attention. Hopefully we can elect an independent and open minded candidate who is humane and willing to back our legislation.
